Think of a place where you spend a great deal of your time - a classroom, your place of employment, in front of your computer, etc. Describe this place using a wealth of sensory imagery. Be as specific as possible, and remember to show not tell.

The rest of the period was a group work day. If you were absent, be sure to get in touch with your group members and find out what you need to do to contribute to the paper. Reminder: first drafts are due tomorrow.
